Job Title- Sponsorship Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. This role will help advance events and conferences by securing sponsorship revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential sponsors: Researching and contacting companies and organizations to identify potential sponsors
- Creating sponsorship packages: Designing packages that meet client specifications
- Negotiating deals: Negotiating sponsorship agreements and contracts
- Managing relationships: Maintaining relationships with sponsors through communication, gifts, and other incentives
- Pitching opportunities: Presenting sponsorship opportunities to decision makers and influencers
- Writing proposals: Writing sales emails, briefs, and proposals
- Attending events: Participating in industry events and networking with clients
- Meeting targets: Working to meet monthly and yearly revenue targets
Qualifications:
- Education:
- bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship or partnership development. Experience in the Education Industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
