Job Title- Sponsorship Sales Executive
 
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. This role will help advance events and conferences by securing sponsorship revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identifying potential sponsors: Researching and contacting companies and organizations to identify potential sponsors 
  • Creating sponsorship packages: Designing packages that meet client specifications 
  • Negotiating deals: Negotiating sponsorship agreements and contracts 
  • Managing relationships: Maintaining relationships with sponsors through communication, gifts, and other incentives 
  • Pitching opportunities: Presenting sponsorship opportunities to decision makers and influencers 
  • Writing proposals: Writing sales emails, briefs, and proposals 
  • Attending events: Participating in industry events and networking with clients 
  • Meeting targets: Working to meet monthly and yearly revenue targets 
 
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship or partnership development. Experience in the Education Industry is a plus.
 
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
